3. How we use it, and our lawful basis

• To respond to your enquiry and arrange your free call — on the basis of taking steps at your request before entering a contract.
• To provide tuition and manage your programme — on the basis of performing our contract with you.
• To send you follow-up messages about your enquiry — on the basis of our legitimate interest in following up with people who contacted us, or your consent where required. You can opt out at any time.
• To meet legal and tax obligations — on the basis of legal compliance.

4. Children's data

Because our students are often under 18, we collect their information through, and with the authority of, a parent or guardian. We only collect what we need to deliver tuition and we treat this information with particular care.

5. Sharing your data

We do not sell your data. We share it only where necessary: with the tutor allocated to your child, and with trusted service providers who help us operate (for example, email, scheduling and messaging tools), who are only permitted to use it on our instructions. We may disclose data where legally required.

6. How long we keep it

We keep enquiry data for as long as needed to follow up and for a reasonable period afterwards, and client data for as long as you are a client plus any period required by law (for example, for tax records). We then delete or anonymise it.

7. Your rights

Under UK data protection law you have the right to access your data, to have it corrected or deleted, to restrict or object to its use, and to data portability.
