The terms on which The A-Level Clinic provides its tuition services.
Last updated: 15 October 2026
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the tuition services provided by The A-Level Clinic ("we", "us", "our") to the parent, guardian or student who enrols ("you", "the client"). By booking a programme with us, you agree to these Terms.
We provide online, one-to-one A-level tuition in Chemistry and Biology, delivered as a structured monthly programme, together with optional support for other elements of the medicine and dentistry application process such as UCAT, personal statement and interview preparation. Tutors are current UK medicine and dentistry students selected and trained by us.
Where the student is under 18, a parent or guardian must enrol on the student's behalf, is responsible for payment, and confirms they have authority to enter into these Terms. We ask that a parent or guardian is present for the initial strategy call.
We are committed to helping every student improve and we use a structured, proven method. However, academic results depend on many factors including a student's engagement, effort and starting point. We do not and cannot guarantee any particular grade, examination result, predicted grade, or university offer.
Progress depends on the student attending lessons, completing agreed work between lessons, and engaging with their tutor. We may pause or end a programme where a lack of engagement, or conduct that affects a tutor's ability to teach, makes continued tuition unworkable.
All teaching materials, resources, methods and content we provide remain our intellectual property and are for the enrolled student's personal use only. They may not be copied, shared, resold or distributed without our written permission.
Either party may end the arrangement by giving notice before the next monthly renewal. We may suspend or end services immediately in cases of non-payment, abusive behaviour, or breach of these Terms.
Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for anything that cannot lawfully be limited. Subject to that, our total liability arising from the services is limited to the fees paid by you in the month in which the relevant issue arose. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.
We handle personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The version published on this page is the version in force. Significant changes affecting active clients will be notified to them directly.
These Terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
Questions about these Terms can be sent to a-levelclinic@hotmail.com or 07562 948748.
